Kaal - ANSWERSRefers to the certain span of time which is used in vocal, instrumental, and dance. It is
the time taken to complete the cycle (including maatras and vibhaags).
Maarga - ANSWERSThe pathway or progression of a taal from the first beat to the last beat. It shows the
nature of the taal, distance between Taali and Kaali, and even the number of maatras per vibhaag.
According to the test "sangeet Ratnakar", there are 4 types: Dhruva, Chitra, Vaartik, and Dakshin.
