cultural in nature
o Agile- project management approach, originally used in software development, characterized by
quick, iterative cycles and frequent adaptations
• Stages of Design Thinking:
o Empathy- the ability to understand or be attuned to the feelings, thought, or experiences of
another human being; goal is to gain an empathetic understanding of the challenge, solution, and
how users feel, talk, and experience
