, Inleiding
Dit examen (GPM05) gaat over het begeleiden van een kind vanuit
een ontwikkelplan. Met mijn collega’s heb ik overlegd welk kind ik
zou kunnen begeleiden voor een periode van 2 weken. Ik heb
gekozen voor het kindje B omdat het om een kindje moest gaan die
vergeleken de standaardontwikkeling voor of achter loopt. Hierbij
ben ik begonnen met het vaststellen van een beginsituatie en heb ik
een ontwikkelplan opgesteld voor 2 weken om hem te ondersteunen
in zijn ontwikkeling. Aan de hand hiervan mag je verder met
onderdeel B waarnaar je een oudergesprek gaat voeren met de
ouders van dit kindje en het uitgevoerde ontwikkelplan gaat
evalueren met de BPV examinator.
