anterior del proceso
, 2. Haber sido defensor de alguna de las partes o intervenido en
el caso como fiscal, perito o testigo
3. Ser o haber sido denunciante, acusador privado o querellante
de quien recusa
4. Ser o haber sido tutor o curador de alguna de las partes
5. Haber estado bajo tutela o curatela de alguna de las partes
D.- COMPETENCIA EXCLUSIVA DE LOS JUECES DE PAZ
1) Conocer de las peticiones y requerimientos del Ministerio Público,
los acusadores
privados, los querellantes y las víctimas cuando no sea posible lograr
la intervención
inmediata del juzgado de letras competente;
2) Efectuar el levantamiento e identificación de cadáveres en
ausencia delfiscal;
3) Sustanciar los juicios por faltas; y,
4) En los lugares en los que no existan oficinas del Ministerio Público,
ni Juzgados de
Letras o Tribunales de Sentencia, recibir las denuncias y querellas
que se presenten y
remitir las primeras al Ministerio Público para que practique las
investigaciones
correspondientes, y las otras al Tribunal de Sentenciarespectivo.
E.- SON DELITOS CONEXOS:
1) Los cometidos simultáneamente por dos (2) o más personas en
forma conjunta;
