Voorwoord
Voor u ligt mijn evaluatieverslag van de module ‘Verbeter je gespreksvaardigheid’. Deze heb ik gevolgd aan de Hogeschool
Saxion in Enschede. Hier ben ik in augustus van dit jaar begonnen en net het eerste kwartiel afgerond.
Voor mij was het eerst wel weer wennen om in de schoolbanken te zitten. Na 16 jaar brandweerman te zijn geweest, mag ik
mij omscholen naar Social Worker. Naast mijn werk als brandweerman ben ik ook instructeur binnen de opleiding van
nieuwe manschappen. Hieruit kwamen een aantal gesprekstechnieken mij al bekend voor, maar een aantal nieuwe
technieken kwamen ook goed van pas om erachter te komen waar het probleem nou zou kunnen liggen bij bepaalde
manschappen in opleiding.
Hierbij wil ik Marleen en mijn klasgenoten bedanken voor de lessen en alle feedback op al m’n video’s en verhalen.
