Voorwoord
Voor u ligt mijn portfolio in het kader van de module ‘Empowerment en client versterkend werken’.
In eerste instantie vond ik het maar een vage bedoeling, iemand in z’n kracht zetten en empoweren.
Maar gaandeweg de module heb ik geleerd er de meerwaarde van in te kunnen zien en zelfs mijn
collega’s binnen de brandweer erin mee kunnen nemen.
Ik wil graag Joyce Kip bedanken voor haar aangename en leerzame lessen.
