Scenario: You are the attending doctor in the antenatal clinic. The patient is presented
to you with the following history:



Mrs Jane Tembo is a 39 year old lady in her first pregnancy at 38 weeks
gestation with a breach presentation. She was seen by the midwife and her
blood pressure was 160/110 mmHg with 2+ of protein in urine and pre tibial
pitting oedema. She has no symptoms.



Task: 5 MINUTES

 Discuss with the patient what you intend to do



You are NOT expected to take a full obstetric history.



After 5 minutes you will be asked questions by the examiner
