Mijn naam is Miquel-jaimie Punter en ik ben 35 jaar. Mijn woonplaats is Zwolle en ik werk bij TVM
verzekeringen in de functie van accounthandler International Desk. Deze moduleopdracht schrijf ik voor de
manager International Desk en de Chief Commercial Officer. De aanleiding voor het schrijven van deze
adviesnota is deze twee leidinggevenden meer inzicht te geven in de cultuurverschillen, wijze van
communicatie en onder andere managementstijl. Na het lezen van deze moduleopdracht is er meer inzicht in
de culturele verschillen, wat dit betekend voor ons team en voor TVM verzekeringen als bedrijf. Tevens wordt
het belang van het spreken van de juiste taal en manier van leidinggeven toegelicht.
Graag bedank ik onze collega’s van kantoor Hamburg om hun visie te geven op deze cultuurverschillen en
welke invloed dit heeft op de samenwerking in ons team International Desk.
