Voor deze opdracht gaat u 20 ecg’s verzamelen en systematisch aan de hand van de 10
beoordelen, waarvan:
5 ecg’s met verschillende ritmeproblematiek
5 ecg’s met verschillende geleidingsproblemen
5 ecg’s met verschillende soorten van ischemie
5 ecg’s met pacemakerritme, waarvan, 2 DDDR, 1 met VVI of AAI-pacemaker en 2 BIV
pacing.

Ritmeproblematiek - Ecg 1
1. Hartritme: Onregelmatig, geen P-toppen zichtbaar maar wel fibrillatiegolven.
2. Hartfrequentie: ongeveer 121 slagen per minuut.
3. Hartas: normale hartas, -5 graden.
4. P-top: Geen P-toppen zichtbaar.
5. PR-interval: n.v.t.
6. QRS-complex: 82ms → normaal
7. ST-segment: Geen afwijkingen.
8. T-top: Geen afwijkingen.
9. QT-tijd: 270ms QTc: 383ms → normaal QTc
10. Conclusie: Atriumfibrilleren met een snelle ventrikelrespons, 121/slagen per minuut.
