Federal Graduation Rate (FGR) Right Ans - Must be submitted by
institutions. We submit GSR (only includes student-athletes), which was
created by the NCAA to fluff numbers. Drake recommends getting rid of GSR
Academic Progress Rate (APR) Right Ans - NCAA created. Supposed to be
more real-time than FGR & GSR. Goes by semester.
R-Retention
E- Academically Eligible
Earn one point of R & E for each semester per SA
Two-Year Transfers Right Ans - If initially eligible out of HS: 1 full -time
semester at JUCO, 12 transferable credit hours, earned a 2.5 GPA
Not initially eligible out of HS: 25% of credit hours completed, 3 full-time
semesters at JUCO, 48 transferable credits, 2.5 GPA
Four-Year Transfers Right Ans - One Time Transfer Rule: If you leave one
school eligible, you are eligible at the new school
Transfer Window Exceptions Right Ans - If SA puts their name in after the
transfer portal closes, they cannot use one-time transfer rule.
1. If entered by 8/1, they can use NCAA exceptions such as; cut sport, walk-on
2. If head coach is fired or leaves
