awareness to reach out to larger audiences to grow

have and funny content. There are many types of social
media such as instagram, snapchat, facebook, youtube
and telegram which allows people and business to post,

Social media allows user and business to share ideas through text and images, It
allows business to spread brand awareness to be able to reach out to a wider
audience allowing them to achieve more sales. Social media is different from normal
websites and it allows business to post and for customers to react with comments.
There are many types of social medias that a business can use such as instagram,
facebook and youtube.

However some disadvantages are that a business may encounter cyberbullying in
their comments towards the business or other customers, It is also mainly used by the
younger generation instead of the older generations and finally, a business can easily
