The limb Field is more soecificated -> hindlimbs are at the lumbosacral Transition.
Forelimbs are at the cervical to thoracic Transition
Jeder Teil des Limb Fields ist fähig eine komplette Struktur einer Extremität zu formen. Nur
durch die Position des limb Fields unter dem Ectoderm kann auch eine Extremität
wachsen
HOX- Gene definieren die Position einer Zelle im Körper sehr genau

TBX5 ist für Forelimbs zuständig -> je später und geringer
TBX5 expressed wird, desto kürzer sind die vorderen

TBX5 ist zuständig für eine Aktivierung von FGF10 -> kein
FGF10, keine Extremitäten (bei Mäusen)
FGF10 aktiviert FGF und FGF4 Expression, ohne diese
