Wij zijn derdejaars studenten aan de hogeschool Inholland, te Diemen en volgende de
afstudeerrichting ‘Human Resource Management’.
Voor het vak OE404: Arbeidspsychologie is er een casus opgesteld die wij in een groepje van
4 á 5 studenten moeten uitwerken. In deze onderwijseenheid wordt er aandacht besteed
aan vooral de praktische toepasbaarheid van het vak, waarbij het (stimuleren van het beter)
functioneren van medewerkers in organisaties centraal staat.
Het projectgroepje bestaat uit de volgende studenten; Zora Lalee, Jet de Vries, Nick Feller en
Ruben Mantje.
