, Inleiding
In dit Kind en Jeugd Portfolio 1, die ik maak in het kader van het dubbele minor die ik volg in
het vierde jaar van de HBO-V aan de Hanzehogeschool, ga ik aan de hand van een casus in
op verschillende aspecten van zorg aan een 12 jarige en haar familie.
In hoofdstuk 1 beschrijf ik de casus van een 12-jarige patiënt, die lijdt aan Acute Lymfatische
Leukemie.
In hoofdstuk 2 geef ik een zorgplan weer voor deze 12-jarige patiënt.
In hoofdstuk 3 bespreek ik de mogelijkheden om de communicatie vanuit en naar de patiënt
en haar gezin te verbeteren.
In hoofdstuk 4 beschrijf ik de rollen van de verpleegkundige en de andere partijen die een rol
spelen in het zorgproces van de patiënt.
In hoofdstuk 5 geef ik mijn eigen visie op kinderverpleegkundige zorg weer en bespreek ik
een aantal ethische vraagstukken rondom de kinderverpleegkundige zorg.
