, Patho – circulatie
Arterie -atherosclerose en - LDL uit BB afgezet w in tunica intima van arteriewanden
thrombose human - LDL = rijk aan cholesterol
- Door afzetting verdikking van wand -> vernouwing van lumen
- Ontstekingscellen w aangetrokken -> trekken wand in
- Monocyten omzetten tot macrofagen deel LDL en cholesterol
fagocytere (schuimcellen)
- Calcium kan neerslaan nadien -> BV verhardt
- Dit aangetaste gebied wordt atherosclerotische plaque genoemd
- Door vernouwing -> bloedstroom vertraagt -> trombus optreden ->
bloed stroom nog verder belemmeren
- Verbreding tunica intima te zien -> = de atherosclerotische plaque
- In plaque verschillende zones:
1) Zone met vetafzettinhg (optisch lege ruimte)
2) Cholesterolkristallen (naaldvormige openingen)
3) Calciumafzettingen (donker paarse korrels)
4) Zone met dicht opeengepakt collageen vezels (gezwollen
uitzicht)
5) Zone geïnfiltreert met ontstekingscellen
(weefselmacrofalen/lyfo/polymorfonucleairen)
- De tunica media is versmald
- Tunica adventitia nouwelijks aanwezig ( ook hier ontstekingscellen:
Lymfo/plasma/poly
- Trombose:
- Bestaat uit netwerk van fibrine draden (fel roze door HE)
(hierop BP vast die we niet zien)
- Tussen mazen van netwerk witte en RBC
Hart – - = onvoldoende bloedtoevoer naar hart
myocard ischemie - Bv bij atherosclerose van coronaire arterie (ook let trombus)
- Zuurstoftekort -> angina pectoris of hartinfarct
- Atrofie of necrose van delen myocard
Recente ischemie:
- Grote delen myocard necrotisch
- Spiercellen: versmald, diep rood cytoplasma -> streping niet meer
zichtbaar , kernen weinig kleurbaar
- Interstitium is toegenomen: polymorfonucleaire ontstekingscellen
aanwezig
Oude ischemie
- Optreden fibrose = deel myocard vervangen door dicht collageen
BW
- lipomatose = toename vetweefsel tussen versmalde spiercellen
Huid – - oom = goedaardige tumor
angioom human - traag groeien, niet invasief, niet metastaseren
