o What are your goals for the first day?
My goals for the first day are to become familiar with the office and the flow. I would like to
establish a relationship and get to know other members of the healthcare team. I'd like to learn
about and review the office's policies and guidelines. I want to establish weekly goals with my
preceptor. Furthermore, I want to find a good way to keep track of each client, so they are
organized when I go to log them.

By then end of the session I hope to achieve more confidence in all areas of practice. I hope to
improve my diagnostic and treatment planning abilities. I want to be more familiar with
prescribing medications and additional testing. I hope to have improved assessment abilities. I'm
