Series de acciones: En función del valor nominal
Clases de acciones: En función de los derechos que atribuyen. Esto nos lleva a diferenciar:
Acciones ordinarias y acciones privilegiadas. (Acción sin voto): Es un tipo de acción que se
generó a voluntad del propio legislador y son acciones privilegiadas.
Derechos fundamentales art. 93 LSC, político y económicos:
Derechos económicos:
1. Derecho a participar en las ganancias. Finalidad lucrativa. Derecho abstracto. En
proporción a su participación o al capital desembolsado.
2. Derecho de participar en el patrimonio resultante de la liquidación. Art. 392 LSC Salvo
disposición contraria de los estatutos sociales, la cuota será proporcional a su
participación en el capital social. Si son acciones con diferente desembolso, primero se
restituye el exceso
3. Derecho de suscripción preferente o derecho de asumir con preferencia en la emisión
de nuevas acciones o creación de participaciones.
