Sensatie vs preceptie
- Sensatie= eerste gewaarwording van een stimulus, die neurale impulsen naar de
sensorische cortex brengt= zien, horen, voelen, ruiken
⇒ via transductie → thalamus (reuk niet)→ cortex
- Perceptie= proces waarbij sensorische zenuwimpulsen een betekenis krijgen
absolute drempelwaarde= minimale hoeveelheid stimulus die nodig is voor een receptor om
te reageren
sensorische adaptatie= bij continue stimulatie beginnen receptorcellen af te nemen
waardoor bv na een tijd ruik je de stank niet meer
perceptuele set= sommige stimuli overslaan omdat je weet wat er zal gebeuren= top down

Motorische apraxie (Limb-kinetische apraxie)
= traagheid en stijfheid van bewegingen met een verlies van fijne en precieze bewegingen
Ideatoire apraxie
= Stoornis in de planning en volgorde
bv mensen die eerst hun broek aan doen en er na hun onderbroek willen aandoen
→ pariëtale cortex en diffuse hersenletsels
Ideomotorische apraxie
=Stoornis in het hanteren van objecten
bv je geeft iemand een borstel en deze persoon weet niet wat hij ermee moet doen
→frontaal en of linker posterieure pariëtale cortex
-Therapie: strategie training, training van ADL, compensaties: foto’s van de bewegingen
Constructieve apraxie
= Stoornis in het ruimtelijke aspect van de handeling
bv iets niet kunnen overtekenen
→ posterieure pariëtale cortex en of occipitale cortex
meestal gepaard met ruimtelijk verlies, aandachtsproblemen
