of present day or potential danger posed through the ACM and develop a plan for managing the
ACM. After ACM is showed, create O&M plan, remains in effect till ACM is removed.
OSHA - ANSOccupational Safety and Health Administration - Protects people
How AHERA influences your paintings/changed things: - ANS1. Defines ACM as being more
than 1%.
2. Lays out 5 control methods: operations and maintenance, enclosure, encapsulation, restore,
and elimination.
Three. Describes clearance air sampling at quit of job with aggressive air sampling and a TEM.

with asbestos (excludes unmarried-circle of relatives houses)
, What are the five manage techniques for asbestos, and what laid them out? - ANSO&M,

Exception: Does now not need to be eliminated if it is Cat I nonfriable ACM (packing, gaskets,
asphalt roofing, vinyl - have flexibility and may not emerge as DUST if hit), on a thing packed in
concrete, now not on hand for checking out, no longer located before demo, or Cat II nonfriable
(which might be not likely to come to be crumbled, or decreased to powder for the duration of
demo).
