SQ injection sites - ANSWER- avoid 1-2" radius around umbilicus, not outer thing, hold
skin or pinch skin, inject over several seconds

Insulin and heparin - ANSWER- check dose and type, do not aspirate, wait before
withdrawing needle, no rubbing, rotate sites, change heparin needle before giving
