2) We nemen contact en voelen bot (bij bot iets meer druk geven)
3) Van onder naar boven tot op de bekkenkam
4) los laten → huid normaliseert zich en terug contact nemen
5) Aftekenen
2- SPINA ILIACA ANTERIOR SUPERIOR (SIAS)
STRUCTUUR
Onderdeel van de crista iliaca
Aanhechtingen:
- M. Tensor fascia lata (exorotatie)
- M. Sartorius (endorotatie)
- Lig. Inguinale
UITGANGSHOUDING
P in ruglig (neutral houding)
- Buik ingetrokken voor betere zichtbaarheid
T er recht boven (bilataraal kracht zetten)

1) Contact nemen met het bekken → je voelt crista iliaca
2) De crista iliaca volgen naar anterieur
3) Je voelt U vormige structuur → SIAS
4) Bij die U zitten de aanhechtingen
5) Contact duim onderaan de andere vingers omvatten het bekken
6) Je doet duim en vingers bilateriaal → kijken naar pos bekken
7) Beweeglijkheid uitvoeren met de duimmuis
3- TUBERCULUM ILIACUM
STRUCTUUR
Onderdeel van de crista iliaca (bekkenkamp)
Is het breedste stuk aan de laterale zijde van de crista iliaca
UITGANGSHOUDING

PALPATIE
1) Contact met duim op de SIAS
2) Contact met wijsvinger 5 cm verder
3) Voelen naar het breedste stuk → Tuberculum iliacum
4- TUBERCULUM PUBICUM
STRUCTUUR
- Is ventraal gelegen op os pubis
- Aanhechting van Lig Inguinale van SIAS naar tuberculum pubicum
UITGANGSHOUDING
P in ruglig en vragen om benen op te trekken → buikspieren aanspannen
T staat achter de P zodat je Linea alba ziet en met beide handen
PALPATIE
1) Je neemt contact iets lager dan de SIAS
2) Je duwt naar beneden en voor
3) Tot je een hard gevoel hebt tegen de vingers (Stoot)
Caudale deel van dit bot kun je voelen door de pees van de M. Adductor Longus te volgen naar cranio mediaal

STRUCTUUR
- Deel van de crista iliaca
- Is het posterieure gedeelde
- U – vormig
- Ter hoogte van S2
UITGANGSHOUDING
Patiënt:
- P in stand
- Zonder schoenen
- Armen gekruist op de schouders
PALPATIE
➔ Steeds bilateraal
1) Je ziet kuiltjes → gelegen op de SIPS
2) Je moet iets lager dan de kuiltjes palperen
3) Je voelt onderkant een U structuur
4) Steeds het bekken ook stabiliseren
5) P buigt voorover en je voelt wat er gebeurt bij de duimen
6) Bot blijft in contact met de duim
BUIKLIG:
1) Je ziet de kuiltjes en neemt onderaan contact
2) Is belangrijk als referentiekader
6- TUBER ISCHIADICUM
STRUCTUUR
- Onderdeel van het Os Coxae
- Hamstrings hechten hier aan
o Hamstrings bestaan uit:
