= de mate waarin je in staat bent om iets te gebruiken OF hoe bruikbaar iets is.
Kenmerken
o Het heef te maken met gebruikersgemak of de
gebruiksvriendelijkheid.
o De term wordt voornamelijk gebruikt in de wereld van app- en
website-ontwikkeling.
Doel: een zo ‘user-friendly’ mogelijk product ontwikkelen.
Wat maakt nu een product gebruiksvriendelijk?
Vanzelfsprekend en intuïtief
o Hoe kleiner de handleiding, hoe beter. Een ideaal product heeft geen
