Essentie van leiderschap = invloed
- Invloed gaat over hoe een leider een medewerker ‘bereikt’, ‘raakt’ -> effect hebben
- Macht beïnvloedt de keuze van beïnvloedingstactiek en modereert het effect ervan
Effectief leiderschap = leider, volgers en context (examen)
-> signalisering opnemen en bespreken, aanspreekpunt, change agent, teamleden inspireren en
motiveren voor verandering, mensen die u moeten volgen en qua context echt leider worden
Levels van conceptualisatie van leiderschap: organisatie, groep, dyade en individu

1. Formeel versus informeel leiderschap
Formeel = leiderschap als een rol van een persoon met geformaliseerde bevoegdheden: ‘assigned
leadership’ (benoemd, verkozen, aangesteld, uitgeroepen,…)
Informeel = niet gelinkt aan titel of positie (voorbeeld ‘emergent leadership’: het leiderschap dat via
interactie tussen mensen ontstaat)

Management: meer gericht op actuele situatie. Impliceert: risico beperken en rationele
