Na: los excitatorios y de alto voltaje
K y Ca: los lentos, disminuyen excitacion y mantienen el impulso continuo
Canales mediados por ligandos (Lentos)
Metabotrópicos: Prot G, alfa beta y gamma y 4 más (7). son de superficie. Rc
se activa y la ProtG cambia el GDP por GTP, la prot activada se divide en alfa y
beta-gamma que son las que se separan del rc (son las que señalizan el
impulso). La alfa hidrpliza el GTP a GDP e inactiva a la Prot G y se reensambla
con sus 3 unidades. Cìclico.
Ionotrópicos: abre directamente al conducto parte integral del rc. Superficie.
Tienen una region que tiene un canal hidrofilico, y por aqui cruzan los iones sin
tener que tocar el centro hidrofobico de la mb Cloro.
Los fcos del SNC actuan en la neurona en varios lugares:
Presinaptico: cuerpo de la neurona, actuan en la sintesis, almacenamiento,
metabolismo, liberacion, o bloqueando a los NT.

Posinaptico: bloqueando al Rc
Sistema Jerárquico de Neuronas PDE
estan interconectadas, son excitadoras, aqui es donde la mayoria de fcos va
actuar.
Neuronas de proyeccion: GLUTAMATO. iterconectan con señales a largas
distancias. Cuerpos largos y axones largos pero colaterales pequeñas para
hacer sinapsis con interneuronas excitatorias cerca . Rc Ionotropicos.
