,Voorwoord:

Dit verslag beschrijft het begeleidingstraject van een 31-jarige vrouw met obesitas, zij wordt begeleid
om haar gewenste doelen te behalen. Zij heeft een BMI van 37.1 kg/m2, dit houdt in dat zij obesitas
heeft. Tijdens het coaching traject wordt gekeken naar haar voeding, beweging en gestelde doelen. Ik
kies er bewust voor haar naam niet te noemen en haar als ‘’mijn coachee’’ te omschrijven.

Met dank aan mijn coachee heb ik dit traject samen kunnen doorlopen en het begeleidingstraject
kunnen verwerken in dit verslag. Mede dankzij goede begeleiding van mijn minor docenten heb ik dit
verslag tot een mooi leertraject voor zowel mijzelf als mijn coachee kunnen brengen.
