Bestudeer in je MTH boek van hoofdstuk 6 het onderwerp: uitspuiten van
het oor en het protocol oren uitspuiten (oorspuit en oor irrigator). Aan de
hand van dit hoofdstuk ga je onderstaande vragen beantwoorden.
1. Hoe heet het apparaat waarmee je in het oor van een patiënt kijkt?
Otoscoop, hiermee kunnen de gehoorgang en trommelvliezen al dan niet met vergroting bekeken
worden. Vóór gebruik wordt er in verband met de hygiëne een plastic disposable trechter op de
otoscoop gedraaid, een vaste trechter moet regelmatig worden gewassen.
2. Waarvoor kan dit apparaat nog meer gebruikt worden?
In het oog kijken, met een ander opzet.
3. Met welke klachten belt de patiënt meestal op voordat oren worden uitgespoten?
Jeuk, pijn, een verstop gevoel of meer druk in het oor. En minder goed horen. Dit is meestal een
gevolg van een cerumenprop(je).
4. Welke vragen stel je alvorens je bij een patiënt begint met oren uitspuiten?
Heeft u drie dagen, twee of drie keer daags gedruppeld met olie?
