Gaat intracellulair binden in cytoplasma of kernreceptor

o Geproduceerd op een plek, gebruikt op een andere plek = hormoon
Thv huid gemaakt, omgezet thv lever en nier, gaat werken thv darm

B. Het calcium metabolisme
Verdeling calcium over het lichaam
o 99% aanwezig in beenderen en tanden
o 1% in plasma en interstitium
Totaal versus ionair calcium
o Calcium levels bloed is leeftijdsafhankelijk
o Hoe jonger, hoe hoger Ca gehalte
o Rond 1 mmol schommelingen gemiddeld
Van die 1% in plasma en interstitium
o De helft is maar actief Ca
o Andere helft gebonden voorkomen, op calmoduline
o Ook gebonden aan bicarbonaat, fosfaat en lactaat
o Op moment dat er veel lactaat aanwezig is in bloedbaan, dan zal er veel Ca zijn
verbonden => hyperlactatemie gepaard met hypocalcemie
o Bij alcalose, te veel bicarbonaat in bloedbaan, daling ionair calcium
Om bicarbonaat de neutraliseren is er H+ nodig
Daar heb je eiwitten voor nodig
Eiwit H+ afgeven en Ca+ opnemen
Ontstaat hypocalcemie
Metabole alkalose bij rund:
o Negatieve energiebalans (onvoldoende energie kunnen opnemen uit voeding)
Ketonemie
Uit vet
Heeft een lebmaag verplaatsing als gevolg
