BENJAMIN FRANKLINBenjamin Franklin est né à Boston le 17 janvier 1706 et il est mort à
Philadelphie le 17 avril 1790.
Il fut un homme physicien, publiciste et politique américain.
Il est un des pères fondateurs des États-Unis d'Amérique.
Benjamin Franklin fut celui, qui a découvert, la nature électrique de
l'éclair et le pouvoir des pointes. Ce qui lui donna une idée nouvelle,
inventer le paratonnerre. Nous sommes en 1752, lorsqu'il démarre
ses essais.
En 1774, Benjamin Franklin le physicien devient un homme
politique.
Il fut un député au sein du tout premier congrès de l'histoire des
États-Unis. En collaboration et en présence de Thomas Jefferson et
John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, va écrire ce qui sera l'acte
fondateur de son pays, la déclaration d'indépendance des États-
Unis d’Amérique.
Plus tard, il ira négocier d'ailleurs, en France, au château de
Versailles, le traité d'alliance franco-américaine, qui sera effective
en 1778.
Par l'intermédiaire de la déclaration d'indépendance, il est devenu,
l'un des pères fondateurs des USA.
