Voor u ligt mijn verslag over een situatie waarbij ik mijzelf handelingsverlegen voelde.
Handelingsverlegenheid is een situatie waarbij je niet weet wat je moet doen. In verschillende fases
diep ik uit wat er allemaal is gebeurd tijdens mijn handelingsverlegenheid. Uiteindelijk stel ik kritische
vragen aan mijzelf over de handelingsverlegenheid die ik ga beantwoorden door middel van
literatuur. Het doel van dit verslag is om bewust te worden van mijn eigen handelen en denken
tijdens situaties die zich voor gaan doen op stage.
Dit verslag schrijf ik door middel van het vak ervaringsgericht leren in de zorg. De casus komt voort
uit mijn tweede leerjaar stage die ik gelopen heb voor mijn opleiding verpleegkunde. Ik liep stage op
de afdeling Interne Long in het ziekenhuis. Ik ben nu derdejaars verpleegkundige en gekozen om de
duale route te volgen. Ik ben nu nog steeds werkzaam op de Interne Long.
Tijdens het maken van het verslag kwam ik erachter dat een situatie soms moeilijk is om in beeld te
brengen. Hierdoor moest ik telkens goed blijven reflecteren op de handelingsverlegenheid. Het heeft
mij nu in het werkveld gebracht dat ik telkens na denk over wat mijn gevoel is tijdens bepaalde
handelingen en wat ik denk.
