- Onze hersenen corrigeren actief!
1) Ontbrekende gaten:
oogknipperen en – bewegingen (visuele info valt weg, brein vult deze aan)
blinde vlek
fovea – centrale groef (deel dat je scherp ziet, al de rest errond is wazig)
2) Retinaal beeld 2D (we nemen wereld 3D waar, maar info door ogen is 2D)

Waarneming = reconstructie 3D wereld obv 2D retinaal beeld!

3) Perceptuele constantie
- Retinale beeld verandert voortdurend, toch constante waarneming = perceptuele

- Grootteconstantie: (afstand tov object verandert, toch idee dat grootte constant
blijft)
- Vormconstantie: (deur open en toe doen, maar vorm blijft hetzelfde)
- Kleurconstantie: (licht verandert, toch gevoel dat kleur onderdelen hetzelfde
blijven)
