Basisstructuur v een cel
- Membraan:
o Opgebouwd uit dubbele lipidenlaag (vetten zijn
soepel – samendrukbaarheid – barst niet onmiddellijk
+ lichaam bestaat uit water, duwt vetten weg –
stoffen kunnen dus niet zomaar binnen)
o Erin verankerd: tal v membraaneiwitten:
Sensoren (vb aanwezigheid v hormonen)
(selectieve) toegangspoortjes
Actieve transporters, naar binnen en naar
buiten cel
- Cytoplasma:
o Waterige, gelatineuze massa
o Bevat celorganellen
- Cytoskelet:
o Opgebouwd uit proteïnestrengen
o Geeft cel structuur/stevigheid en vorm
o Ook functies in oa transport (belangrijk voor
neuronen)
o Dynamisch
o Dikste: microtubuli
- Kern/nucleus:
o Productie ribosomen in nucleolus
o DNA in chromosomen
o Transcriptie: aanmaak mRNA obv actief gen
o mRNA verlaat kern via poriën (soort spiekbriefje om

o Translatie: mRNA omgezet in proteïnen

o ‘Vrije’ ribosomen in cytoplasma; voor gebruik in

o nissI-substantie: korreltjes die veel ribosomen
bevatten; komen vooral voor in neuronen, wijzen op
grote synthetische activiteit

- Endoplasmatisch reticulum:
o Opgebouwd uit parallelle membraanlagen
o Ruw: ribosomen aangehecht
o Glad: zonder ribosomen
