Scrum gebeurtenissen/rituelen: scrum events.
Scrum framework
Agile Manifesto bestaat uit vier waarden en twaalf principes.
Mensen en hun onderlinge interacties boven processen en
hulpmiddelen.
Werkend product boven allesomvattende documentatie.
Samenwerking met de klant boven contractonderhandelingen.
Inspelen op veranderingen boven het volgen van een plan.
Meer waardering aan de rechterkant, meer waarde aan de linkerkant
(dikgedrukt).
De vier Agile Manifesto:
- Mensen en hun onderlinge interacties
- Inspelen op veranderingen
- Samenwerken met de klant
- Werkend product
De pijlers van het empirisme en dus ook van het scrum framework zijn:
- Transparency: het proces moet zichtbaar en inzichtelijk zijn.
Iedereen ziet dezelfde feiten voor zich
- Inspect: regelmatig controleren of je proces en resultaat bijdragen
aan het vooraf afgestelde doel.
- Adapt: het proces aanpassen, zodat deze weer binnen de
acceptabele grenzen valt om het doel te bereiken.
Sprint backlog: geeft transparantie over de voortgang van de developers
over het sprintdoel.
Scrum retrospective: geeft transparantie over het scrum team
samenwerkt. Transparantie is het standpunt van openheid.
Definition of Done: geeft transparantie wanneer het scrum team een
product backlog item done is.
De kern van scrum is een zelfsturende en multidisciplinair scrum team.
Op basis van kleine interacties probeert het team continue meerwaarde (in
de vorm van increments) te leveren.
Continue wordt geïnspecteerd en aanpassingen gemaakt om het gestelde
doel te halen.
