Articles of Confederation Correct Ans-A constitution drafted by the newly independent

interpreted "implied powers"

commissioned by Jefferson to map and explore the Louisiana Purchase region. Beginning at
St. Louis, Missouri, the expedition traveled up the Missouri River to the Great Divide, and
