The research shows that work-life balance (WLB) has thus far mostly focused on work

and family domains. Owing to the diverse makeup of the labor market nowadays, people could

prioritize non-work-related areas more than only their families. In the context of WLB, this study

sought to investigate the importance of these other nonworking areas, with a special emphasis on

health. Additionally, the study looked at how work-health balance (WHB) and work-family

balance (WFB) affected workers' job satisfaction. (Gragnano et al., 2020)

Methods & Participants

Graduate students enrolling in Southern New Hampshire University's PSY 510 Research

Methods in Psychology I and PSY 520 Research Methods in Psychology II courses will

participate in this project. There will be people of all ages and genders among the participants.

For this study, a total of eight volunteers were recruited at random for the investigation. The

process of selecting graduate students from these courses guarantees a certain level of knowledge

with psychological ideas and research procedures, which may improve the quality of data that is

gathered. To fully grasp the research factors under examination, the study intends to include

people with a variety of backgrounds and demographics. Moreover, random selection assures

that results can be extrapolated to a larger population and reduces the possibility of bias. Using

this strategy, the research aims to respect scientific rigor and ethical norms while offering

insightful information on the targeted research objectives.

Materials

A survey questionnaire was developed and distributed to the study participants using the

Qualtrics survey platform, an online resource utilized by Southern New Hampshire University

for research purposes. It was requested of each participant to confirm that they have access to a
