amount. Olive Woods wants to sue Ms. Lesedi for the outstanding amount. The owner
of Olive Woods approaches you for legal advice regarding the proceedings to be
instituted against Ms. Lesedi. (1) THE PAPER CONSISTS OF TWO QUESTIONS,
