, Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Cheryl Simonis. Sinds 2012 ben ik in verschillende functies werkzaam geweest voor de
Rijksoverheid. Op dit moment werk ik als coördinator op het Facilitair Contact Centrum.

Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het behalen van mijn bachelor Organisatiepsychologie aan het NCOI.
De module Psychologisch onderzoek, waarvoor ik dit diagnostisch rapport heb geschreven, is
onderdeel van de opleiding.

Het was een interessante opdracht, waarbij ik veel heb geleerd van de diagnostische fases en wat
voor handelingen erbij komen kijken.

Allereerst wil ik mevrouw R. Bos bedanken voor het tonen van haar kwetsbaarheid en vertrouwen.
Zonder haar had ik geen case gehad voor het diagnostisch rapport. Ik wil mijn vriend bedanken voor
zijn geduld, aanmoediging en de ondersteuning in het huishouden. Als laatste wil ik mijn docent
Winifred van Oudenniel bedanken voor haar kennisoverdracht en haar bijdragen aan mijn
persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
