REUNIDOS
EL TEMPLO DEL VESTIR, SA**, con NIF A28586975, domiciliada en C/ Mar del Norte, 46,
28056 de Madrid, representada por Elena Fernández Martín, con NIF 98896589Q, en
adelante, "el Comprador"
EL TOCADO, SA**, con NIF A28581124, domiciliada en C/ Arroyo, 26, 28012 de Madrid,
representada por Mario San Juan, con NIF 58256589G, en adelante, "el Vendedor".
EXPONEN
I. Que el Vendedor se dedica a la venta de prendas de vestir.
II. Que el Comprador está interesado en la compra de los bienes que a continuación se
detallan.
ACUERDAN
Primero.
Objeto del Contrato
El Vendedor se compromete a vender y el Comprador a comprar 700 pantalones de señora,
modelo SRT, a un precio de 40 €/unidad (IVA del 21% no incluido).
Segundo.
Precio Total
El precio total de la compraventa asciende a 28.000 € (veintiocho mil euros), más el IVA
correspondiente.
Tercero.
Entrega
El Vendedor se compromete a entregar los bienes en el domicilio del Comprador antes de
que transcurran diez días naturales a partir de la firma de este contrato, asumiendo el coste
del transporte.
Cuarto
Forma de Pago
El pago de la mercancía se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria en un plazo de cuatro
días posteriores a la entrega.
Quinto.
Jurisdicción
Para cualquier controversia que pudiera surgir en relación con este contrato, ambas partes
se someten a los juzgados de Madrid.
