We leven in een verzorgingsstaat en belastingen
daardoor moeten betalen, dit heeft voor- en nadelen.
- Belastingontwijking: op een creatieve manier de belasting vermijden of minder betalen.
- Belastingsontduiking: misdrijf.
Belasingontwijking is dus met andere woorden de
correctie manier om te handelen.
- Bijvoorbeeld een regel in IB zegt als je grond koopt en verkoopt binnen de 8 jaar dan moet je op de
meerwaarde betalen, als je 8 jaar en 1 dag wacht, doe je aan belastingontwijking
- Is dus correct en geen misdrijf.
Belgen vinden het systeem niet correct, maar ze kennen er niks van. Dit zie je duidelijk aan de cijfers, je
voelt dat het systeem niet rechtvaardig is, maar je weet niet waarom. Fiscaliteit is een maatschappelijk
verhaal, de staat heeft brandstofnodig om te kunnen functioneren.
