Hoorcollege 3, hartvatstelsel en bloeddrukBloedvatenstelsel functies:
- Warmteregulatie/warmte transsport
- Transsport van zuurstof en co2/afvalstoffen
- Transsport van hormonen
- Transsport van voedingsstoffen
Handhaven van homeostase.
Homeostase = instant houden van het inwendige milieu. (Constant intern milieu)
Dubbele bloedsomloop:
Lichaamscirculatie. Vanuit de aorta -> weefsels en organen -> hart
Longcirculatie. Hart -> longen -> hart
Atrium = boezem
Ventrikel = kamer
Arteria pulmonalis = longslagader = zuurstofarm
Vena cava superior = bovenste holle ader
Vena cava inferior = onderste holle ader
Bloedvaten:
Arteriën -> arteriolen -> capillairen -> venulen -> venen
Arterie = slagader -> gaat van het hart af
Venen = ader -> naar het hard toe
Verschil venen en arteriën:
Het meeste bloed zit in je venen.
Arterie heeft dikkere wand en een hogere druk.
Kransslagaders zorgen voor constante zuurstof en voedingsstoffen.
Kransslagaders komen uit de aorta.
Er zitten veel mitochondriën in het hart. Deze zorgen ervoor dat het hart steeds genoeg
energie heeft.
, Klepmechanisme:
AV-kleppen: atrioventriculaire kleppen.
- Mitralisklep (tussen LB en LK)
- Tricuspendalisklep (tussen RB en RK)
Semilunaire kleppen: halvemaanvormige kleppen.
- Pulmonalisklep
- Aortaklep
Diastole: ventrikels ontspannen, bloed stroomt naar binnen. Bloed gaat vanuit het atrium
naar de ventrikels.
Systole: ventrikels trekken samen, bloed wordt weggepompt. (Naar de arteria pulmonalis en
de aorta)
• Door de druk verandering in de vaten worden de kleppen opengeduwd
Er zitten capillairspiertjes aan de (AV)kleppen, die zorgen ervoor dat de kleppen niet in de
verkeerde richting opengaan en er gaan bloed terugstroomt.
Fasen van de hartcyclus:
- Atriumcontractie (diastolen)
- Ventrikelcontractie (systole)
• Isovulometrische contractiefase
• Ejectiefase: uitstroom
- Diastole
• Isovulometrische relaxatie
• Vullingsfase
- Volgende atriumcontractie
Isovulometrische = fasen waarin alle kleppen (AV en semilunair) gesloten zijn
Ventrikelcontractie:
• Isovulometrische contractiefase
- Alle kleppen zijn gesloten
- Toename druk in ventrikel
