Mijn naam is, derdejaars student aan de opleiding hbo-verpleegkundige aan de Hanze
hogeschool in Groningen. Momenteel loop ik stage op de afdeling… Voor de module Werken
aan gezondheid heb ik een patiënt met een Ewing-sarcoom als casus gebruikt. In deze
module heb ik het zorgplan gericht op preventie van mv. J uitgewerkt aan de hand van het 7-
stappenplan van Rosendal. In dit zorgplan komen er verschillende screenings- en
meetinstrumenten aan bod.
