Mijn naam is, derdejaars Hbo-verpleegkunde student aan de opleiding Hanze
hogeschool in Groningen. Momenteel volg ik de minor Oncologie. Voor het vak
Oncologische zorg heb ik een behandelplan uitgewerkt van een fictieve casus.
Voor het schrijven van het behandelplan stond het klinisch redeneren centraal.
Hierbij wordt ook gebruik gemaakt van diverse relevante ICT/eHealth
meetinstrumenten ten aanzien van de oncologische zorg.
