Personality and Motivation
Defining Personality:
Before we are going to define personality, we need to know the personality, which is a sum of
characteristics that make a person unique.
Everyone has different personality because they are raised by different parents, for example, one
family could potentially buy everything for the kids, which then when the child tends to be grown up
he will aspect that he should get things or someone will buy him the things they want which could
change the person personality.
Potently other kids who family are poorer or potentially can’t afford some things for the kids, which
means that the kids will not get what they want them and they will after dealing with it which can
affect there personality and when new things that keep coming up they will be able to deal with and
will not be that bothered unlike the other people how to keep on getting things from there family
which all thanks to this their personalities will be shaped form young age. Also, the people that
always would get the things that they want they could react very badly when they can’t get
something that they want they could go grumpy and become anger also they could sulk in order to
get the things that they want to form their family unlike others they would just deal with it or work
in order to get the things that they want.
Also, everyone will have different personalities because they will have different parents which pass
on their genes, for example, Dad who is funny and always jokes around and mum who is sensible will
have a child who will joke time to time when it is sensible to do and will stop when he has to.
Because it is passed from his/her parents, also there are more than two personalities which I talked
about which means that there are lots of different types of personalities in the world that are all
different.
Also, everyone’s personality can change when they are in different types of environment for
example when you are with friends you would be having laugh with them joking around also you
maybe swearing around them because you think it could be appropriate, and if you were in a
different environment like you were with parents or teacher’s you would be polite to them you
would not be using inappropriate language when you are around them and you would respect them.
Because they are family or you may get told off by them maybe because they would find it
inappropriate to use that type of behaviour or that type of language that you use when you would
be with your friends.
Also, the things you like doing (hobbies) this would link to your personality everyone like doing a
different thing or the same thing, for example, people like sport because like being fit and others like
games it shows your interest and personality what you really are like. This is all brought up by your
family when you maybe were a kid they did sport or played games that could affect your personality.
Another one is what people wear because everyone wears a different thing that they feel
comfortable in which show’s their fashion. Also, their personality could be shaped by the
environment that they are in and in order to adapt they would wear the same clothes so that others
would not bully or heat because of someone wearing something different.
