Introduction


I will make a presentation to show how businesses can use social media for my
chosen business CUPP Bubble Tea. This will cover how social media may be used to
engage with customers and sell goods and services offered by businesses.
Furthermore, it will go over the audience profile on many social media platforms.
CUPP Bubble Tea is a small business enterprise in major urban centres, where they
sell several types of bubble tea flavours etc. It is in Field gate St in London. This
business idea came from Taiwan. In Taiwan Liu Han-Chie who produced the idea of
serving tea cold in the early 1980s then slowly by slowly became made name by
bubble tea, then this name ‘’bubble tea became famous in most of the countries. So
that’s how CUPP Bubble Tea got the idea of opening this company. Their company
started from 2021 by selling bubble tea. Their menu is impressive offering a wide
range of choice, including both hot and cold beverages available all day.
However, there are relationships to the CUPP Bubble Tea society. Being a
welcoming business, they take great satisfaction in supporting all communities such
as age, culture, and religion.

They can do this by using things like, which is Instagram, blog, Snapchat, and
Facebook post and messaging that I am going to example and including things such
as questionnaires for customer to fill pit which will help that business to find out what
can be improved, what the business can do to make customers happier and keep
their suggestions. As CUPP Bubble Tea already uses social media to promote their
own products by Instagram, blog, and Facebook. By using these two social media
promotions this business saves a lot of time on advertising. This makes it easier to
run their business easily and speeds up and work. In this plan I want to consider
more plans on how to monitor the success of your business and how to make

, customers interested in your products and gain their interest, as I use social media to
create an online community which is more important to develop a social media
strategy. Further, social media may be used by your companies to connect with other
companies that they may partner with to succeed and exchange useful information.
