, Inleiding
Voor mijn derde en vierde leerjaar loop ik stage binnen het Gemiva Agathahuis, voor deze
stage heb ik enkele opdrachten die ik dit jaar in Onstage moet verzamelen. Mijn
praktijkleerplan is de eerste opdracht hiervan.
In dit praktijkleerplan zal ik mijn praktijkplek introduceren en doelen opstellen die ik tijdens
mijn stage jaar zou willen ontwikkelen/leren.
Ik zal dit doen door ruim te reflecteren op mijn eigen handelen en ik zal mijn
beroepsproducten bespreken. Ik houd hierbij rekening met eventuele valkuilen en risico’s
van mijn beroepsproducten.
