ORT - Answers- Resource Types; allows organization to specify a max number
available of provider types to avoid overbooking, including depts and physical locations.
Category List - Answers- Defined set of possible values for a particular item.
Snapboard - Answers- a configurable report, where appts and orders intersect, view
schedule, check pts in and out, process incoming orders
