- percussion is applied directly over left scapula


Right upper lobe posterior segment - ANSWER- - prone 1/4 turn toward supine on left side


- percussion is applied directly over right scapula


Left upper lobe lingula - ANSWER- - supine 1/4 turn toward prone on right side


- head down position with foot of bed elevated 15-30 degree or 12"

Right & left lower lobes superior segments - ANSWER- - prone


- percussion is applied bilaterally directly under the scapula
