CENGAGE MINDTAP EXAM QUESTIONS AND
ANSWERS
Which view would you choose to view what is due this week in your course? -
ANSWER A. Week View
Every Aplia page includes at least one question to be answered. Your answers
may be graded or ungraded as part of your course work, depending on whether
your instructor assigns a problem in Practice mode or in Graded mode:
1. Practice mode allows you to become familiar with the material without
affecting your grade. The only difference from Graded mode is that Practice
mode won't show up in the Grade Book, or, in the case of the MindTap, the
Progress App. Your instructor will not see how you did on the practice
questions but will see which questions you attempted. Practice mode questions
may or may not be randomized. If practice questions are randomized then each
student in the class has a different version of the question. If they are not
randomised then every student has the same question.2.Graded mode is for
questions that count toward your grade, unlike Practice mode. Graded questions
can be set in a Grade It - ANSWER PART 1 For Practice mode questions,

Averaging If you have made more than one attempt at a problem, the score
reported to your instructor is the average score of your attempts at the deadline
including saved but not submitted work. For example, in the table below the
final score is 6.3 because it is the average of the three scores
(5+4+103=6.35+4+103=6.3).
Highest Must Be Kept: Your score is determined from your highest attempt.
From the example listed in the table below, your final score is 10 because that is
your high score. The other attempts do not count.
Do No Harm: The philosophy behind this approach is to allow you to practice
with abandon without fear of hurting your score. Your first attempt is your base
score; the second attempt counts and is averaged with the first only if it is
higher than the first; the third attempt counts as an equal part if it is higher than
the average of the previously counted attempts. Additional attempt - ANSWER
