-Work closely with our senior managers to identify new target markets, contribute ideas for

marketing packs for mail outs and events. Carry out direct mail initiatives as required.
Prepare marketing statistics and reports to inform the Business.
Public Relations
Contribute to and implement the Company’s PR strategy to enhance public awareness of the
business; to include placement of advertisements, negotiating contracts with media and
working on advertising campaigns. Research suitable media outlets, editors and journalists
as required (e.g. printed and online press, social media, trade press, etc) Liaise with and
develop good relationships with the press. Prepare and collate case studies. Prepare draft
press releases as required. Monitor and record printed and online press coverage.
Website and Internet Marketing
Write articles for the website news page. Upload articles to website using the Content
Management System, add the necessary links. Monitor website analytics and report back as
required. Draft copy and content for the website, liaise with and web hosting companies to
ensure changes are made in an accurate and timely manner. Provide assistance in developing
internet presence, improving search rankings, developing a social media strategy and
improving visibility over time. Liaise with the senior managers to keep the site content fresh
and updated in coordination with the Marketing Strategy.
Accounting and Finance
Finance function is responsible for
-Managing the firm’s financial assets, such as cash, stocks, bonds, and other investments to
maximise return
-Managing the capitalisation of the firm (finding new financial assets in stocks, bonds, or
other forms of debt
Accounting function is responsible for:
Maintaining and managing the firms’ financial records – receipts, disbursements,
depreciation, payroll – to account for the flow of funds in a firm

Management Accountant
Specific duties to include:
-Owning specific P&Ls and producing their monthly management accounts to a high level
of accuracy.
-Ownership of delivery of comprehensively reconciled balance sheets each month.
-Dealing with queries regarding their results, and ensuring any process issues are picked up
and resolved.
-To work with the team to ensure current processes are efficient and fit for purpose, and to
help identify areas for efficiency gains to support the next phase of growth.
-Regular interaction to answer queries and help them with their process adherence.
Skills and experience required:
-Strong academically – educated to degree level and having completed their professional
accounting qualification (CIMA or similar)
-Well experienced in management accounting roles in similar sized organisations
-Must have sufficient commercial experience
-Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment – flexibility is key
-Excellent IT skills including advanced excel, and confident on various management
reporting systems
-Strong attention to detail, and able to deliver right-first-time results quickly
-Deadline focussed, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure they always meet them
-Understanding of small companies and how they work
-Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate
effectively.
HR Administrator
Responsible for providing comprehensive HR administration support to the HR Department.
Duties include:
-Producing monthly reports for the HR Department to include new starters, leavers, sickness
absence, recruitment stats etc.
-Organising team meetings and producing agendas and minutes
-Updating team diaries where appropriate and supporting travel arrangements/bookings
-Assisting the Head of HR with ad hoc projects as required
-Supporting careers events, job shows, community projects etc.

-Procuring all promotional material and stationery where needed
-Ensuring all systems are up to date and compliant ( HR database, Application Tracking
System etc)
-Supporting the development of the intranet and external careers website
