Griekse termenlijst – extra1. Alexanderroman
De avonturen van de legendarische held Alexander worden
neergeschreven in geromantiseerde biografieën vol fantasie en
exotische elementen. Deze werden zowel neergeschreven in het
Grieks als in het Latijn en zullen nog populair zijn in de
middeleeuwen. Ze staan op naam van Kallisthenes (3 de eeuw n.C.).

Een Iliasparodie uit de laat – hellenistische periode. Een verhaal in
303 hexameters over een oorlog tussen muizen en kikkers. Het
wordt gezien als een pseudo – Homeros.
3. Nieuwe Testament
Tweede deel van de bijbel, bestaande uit 27 boeken die vooral gaan
over Jezus Christus, de verspreiding van het christendom en de
vroeg – christelijke kerk. Het bevat vier evangelies, de handelingen
van de apostelen, 21 brieven en de Apocalyps.
