Complications Medication Administration
- obtain a baseline CBC with differential
- leukocytosis and platelet count and monitor twice
- bone pain. weekly thereafter.

- splenomegaly (long-term use). continuous IV infusion or subcutaneous
injection.
- do not shake vials or mix with other
drugs.
